USGBC State Lobby Days

Senate leadership continues to work to lift legislative holds preventing further floor consideration of S. 2012, the Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2016 and a legislative proposal to address the Flint water crisis. While there have been reports of progress no legislative activity has occurred. There has been discussion about the possibility of bringing the energy bill and Flint package to the floor regardless of Senator’s objections but that could a great deal of floor time, that is becoming more scarce by the day.
